We are currently recruiting for behavioural studies on visual perception and cognition. In these studies, participants complete computer-based tasks. These studies take one hour and particpants are offered a supermarket or movie voucher as a thank you.
Thomas is recruiting for an EEG (electroencephalography) study looking at the brain’s response to cognitive tasks. Brain activity will be recorded using passive electrodes while participants complete several cognitive tasks. This study takes 2 hours and we offer 2 movie vouchers as a thank you.
Hazel is recruiting participants for a study on the effects of chronic pain on visual perception. Participants complete tasks on the computer, viewing visual stimuli and pressing buttons in response to those stimuli. Chronic pain is defined as pain that is present almost every day that has lasted, or is expected to last, more than 6 months. Hazel is recruiting participants who experience chronic pain, and participants who do not experience chronic pain as control participants. Participation takes no more than 1 hour (including rest breaks) and you receive either a $15 New World voucher or a movie voucher as a thank you.
Kealagh is recruiting participants aged 16 to 19 years old for a psychophysiology study looking at the body’s response to cognitive tasks. Heart and skin activity will be recorded using passive electrodes while participants complete several cognitive tasks. Participation takes no more than 1 hour and we offer 1 movie voucher as thank you.
